1. Shipping Times & Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Every order is handled with care and dispatched as quickly as possible.

• Europe: 8 – 12 Business Days

• United States: 12 – 16 Business Days

Please note: “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days. Once your order has been whisked away by our carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Potential Delays (The “Real Talk” Section)

While we strive for punctuality, please understand that shipping estimates are just that—estimates. Delivery may take a little longer during the following periods:

• Peak Seasons & Holidays: During major shopping events like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the Christmas season, carriers experience high volumes.

• Extreme Weather: Severe storms, snow, or other natural events can occasionally slow down transit routes.

• Customs Clearance: For international shipments, occasional customs inspections in your country may add a few days to the timeline.

Our most common shipping policy is:

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 (for orders under $79)

• Free Shipping: On all orders over $79+!

5. Tracking Your Package

Once your package is on its way, you can track it via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 5 days, please reach out to us at artymoodshop@outlook.com, and we’ll look into it for you!

6. Customs & Import Taxes

For our international customers: Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your local government and are out of our control.
