We get it—sometimes a dress doesn’t fit quite right, or the mood just isn’t what you expected. If you’re not 100% in love with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right!

You have 30 days from the date you receive your mini dress to decide if it’s “the one.” If not, you can initiate a return or exchange—no hard feelings!
✅ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure your items are:

In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition (free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains).

With all ARTYMOOD tags still attached.

Packed in the original packaging whenever possible.
Note: For hygiene reasons, items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
🔄 How to Start a Return

Drop us a line: Email us at artymoodshop@outlook.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Ship it back: Once we approve your request, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Received a damaged or wrong item? Oops! That’s on us. We will provide a free return label and send you a replacement or full refund immediately.

In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day statutory right to cancel your order for any reason. At ARTYMOOD, we actually extend this to 30 days because we want you to have that extra peace of mind!
